Frequently Asked Questions 

Can Teams attend? Yes. Just make sure you register as a group to receive the discount. 

What is the camp refund policy? The $150 deposit is non-refundable. Once camp begins, no refunds will be given. 

What forms are required in order for my child to participate? A Medical Waiver must be completed and given to us by the first day of camp. 

What items should each player bring? Each player is emailed the list stating what they need to bring. A confirmation letter and camp rules will be sent as well.

Where and when is check in? The residential academy camp will register in Maurer Gym. The day camp registration will be completed at the Broncs Soccer Stadium. 

How do I get to Rider? Driving directions - please refer to our web site downloads link. Directions and a campus map will be sent prior to camp via email.

What meals are provided?  The overnight camp offers 3 meals a day. Lunch is provided on all full day camps.The camp store will sell drinks, and snacks at various times during the camp. 

Is there a medical staff at the Academy? Yes. A certified trainer will be on site at all times. 

What does each player receive? Each player will receive the official Player's Edge camp t-shirt, a written evaluation and for the 15-18s a technical performance pack. A adidias soccer ball may be purchased for $30 at time of application.

Are the players grouped by skill level or age? Players are grouped according to ability, experience, maturity and competitive spirit.
 
Who makes up the staff? Julian Richens will direct the boys' camps, Drayson Hounsome will direct the girls' camps. Other members of the Rider coaching staff, college coaches and exceptional youth coaches.

Do you have a written evaluation for each player? Yes. A comprehensive technical evaluaton is given to each player
