Player's Edge Academy Soccer camps include college and professional coaches. As well as the Rider Coaching Staff, coaches from Lafayette, Monmouth, Drew and Coastal Carolina and the MLS were all on staff last year.

    

Founder and Director of Coaching

Julian Richens a 1998 graduate of Brunel University in England, is in his fourth season on the men’s soccer coaching staff at Rider University.

Since coming to the United States in 1999, Richens has been a Regional Manager for Noga ProExcel, a national coaching company, directed Champions World Camps with AC Milan and served as Head Coach for New Jersey City University women’s team during the 2003 and 2004 seasons. A noted youth coach with boy’s and girl’s teams, 3 of his teams were nationally ranked in the top 15 in 2008. 

He is licensed by the USSF, NSCAA and UEFA, and has recently been asked to become Associate Staff for the NSCAA.
